Spravedlivé rozložení důchodového břemene mezi generace

The subject of the dissertation is the area of continuous pension systems focusing on actuarial principles and fair distribution of the pension burden in the conditions of demographic aging of the population among generations. The dissertation thesis deals with the adjustments of the pension parameters according to demographic changes in the population. The thesis modifies a pension model with intergenerational actuarial neutrality by adding the fiscal adjustment mechanism. This sustainability factor is derived by the author of the thesis in accordance with the principles of intergenerational justice. Automatic adjustment mechanisms are applied to the parameters of the pension system in the Czech Republic and simulation of pension parameter is made until 2060. Recommendations for the economic policy makers are stated at the end of the thesis.

Schwarzová, A. Readiness for the Employees' Pension Funds in the Czech Re-public. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2015. The thesis is focused on the Employee's Pension Scheme and its prospects in the Czech Republic. The Employee's Insurance in the Czech Republic has no tradition and is not offered as well in comparison with the Pension Schemes in the developed countries of EU. Ultimately, the controversial pension reform carried out in 2013 has not lead to any essential changes. Therefore this thesis lays a great emphasis on the goal to review a relevance of the steps accomplished by the Czech Government in that respect. The draft for the potential Employee's Pension Scheme in the Czech Republic, which complies with the EU directive concerning the Employee's Pension Insurance Institutions business and its supervision, is also included in this dissertation.
The necessity of establishing pension reform in the Czech republic

The topic of this work is the necessity of establishing pension reform in Czech republic as a consequence of unfavourable development of not only demographic factors. The introductory part is devoted to general characteristic of social policy and deals with its principles, types, aims and functions. In the second chapter the pension system along with its history, development and actual state is described. Further some proofs that support the thesis of untenability of the current system and essentials of its transformation are mentioned. In the end are described few reform strategies together with various proposals of its accomplishment.
